Another New Host??

Sadly, Yakkel just quit hosting us – at least that’s what we think happened.  All of sudden we were getting a “404 Error” page and attempts to contact Yakkel were unsuccessful.  On the upside – we have our own domain now – thewoodfamilyblog.com – which is kindof cool, although not very imaginative!!  I learned a lot about importing and exporting databases – and the importance of backups.  I am also getting a little more adventurous with all that WordPress can do, so that’s good too.

We are having our traditional March snowstorm here in Denver – they are predicting up to 20 inches where we live.  Right now we’ve got close to a foot on the deck – although there has been so much wind that some places are not so deep.

Spencer went up with a friend to spend a few days skiing – I’m sure he is loving all this fresh snow.  He’s is having a fun spring break.  Meanwhile, Andrew & Haley are not having such a great time cooped up in the house.  The only good thing is they didn’ t have to go to school today.  I did take them to the library before the snow got started.  And Andrew is outside, as I type, doing some snow-type stuff.  But they are missing swimming lessons tonight, since I’m not going out on the road.
